Our Team

KIPL is co-founded by Mr. Rakesh Naik, a young and dynamic entrepreneur with a forward-looking mindset and a passion for excellence. His leadership reflects innovation, growth, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The company is also co-founded by Mr. Shibaji Shankar Ray, a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise working across Indian and international markets. An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Ray brings deep technical knowledge, strategic insight, and industry leadership that form the backbone of KIPL’s operational strength.
